We are currently hiring part-time enthusiastic and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our dynamic team in our Personal Support Services department! We provide comprehensive support services to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in their daily activities, personal growth, and community integration.

DSP HOURLY RATE : $19.68 / hour in compliance with Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work law.

BELOW ARE THE AVAILABLE SHIFTS :

• You have the flexibility to choose the nights that work best for your schedule - You can choose to work 2,3,4, or 5 nights a week
• 3 : 00pm - 7 : 00PM or 8 : 00PM (3 : 00 start time is a non-negotiable, end time is flexible)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Personal Supports Department , you will provide one-on-one support to an individual with an intellectual and / or developmental disability. You will assist with social, recreational, and educational activities in the Carroll County community, including transportation, or provide in-home assistance. You will also assist with personal care and mobility on an as-needed basis. In addition, you will :
