Sr. Technical Delivery Manager

Your Role

The Care Management and Quality Platform team is central to advancing care coordination, member engagement, and quality improvement across Stellarus and its partners through Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The Senior Technical Delivery Manager will report to the Director, IT Product Management. In this role you ensure successful delivery of engineering outcomes across Care Management & Quality platform and feature set teams by coordinating technical scope, timelines, and team velocity. Your Knowledge and Experience

• Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in technical delivery or engineering program management and direct resource management experience, with at least 4 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery models, backlog management, and healthcare technology platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, especially in care management and quality improvement domains.
• Hands-on experience with AI / ML concepts and tools.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
