Position Overview
The Talent Manager will play a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively handle multiple responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities will include employee recruitment, career path development, and learning and development management with guidance from Director of Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs
 - Manage the recruitment and hiring process
 - Create and maintain career development plans
 - Coordinate and Administer learning and development training opportunities
 - Identify, develop and retain valuable employees
 - Collaborate with other HR teammates on employee engagement strategies
 - Maintain knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements in talent management
 - Manage the performance evaluation cycle
 - Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred3-5 years of talent management experienceSpecial Knowledge / Skills :
