Join our dedicated team!\n\nPosition Overview : \n\nSeeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for the 11 PM - 7 AM shift.\n\nSign-On Bonus : $3,000\n\nYour Role : \n\nAs a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will oversee facility operations, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.\n\nMain Responsibilities : \n

• Guide and supervise nursing staff to ensure the provision of high-quality care.\n
• Manage daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource management.\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to formulate and implement individualized care plans.\n
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.\n
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to the nursing staff.\n

• Valid nursing license in your state.\n
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.\n
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.\n
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.\n
• Genuine interest in meeting the nursing needs of elderly and chronically ill patients.\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
