Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Call : None

Patients per Day : 16-18 (minimum 18 PPD)

Patient Mix : Pediatrics and Adults (Family Practice considered)

Preference : able to see infants

Minimum : must see age 12+

Chart Closure : Within 72 hours

EMR : Epic

Licenses & Certifications

Active California Medical License - Required

Active DEA - Required prior to start

BLS Certification - Required

Accepts MD or DO
