Cardiology Opportunity in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Join a mission-driven, physician-led cardiology group dedicated to serving the dynamic Colorado Springs community. This is a unique chance to build your practice in one of Colorado's most established cardiology groups, offering a robust pathway to partnership, strong clinical support, and a thriving patient base. We are seeking a non-invasive cardiologist to help meet the growing demand in this beautiful region at the foot of Pikes Peak.

  • Established Physician-Led Group : Join a respected team of 22 cardiologists and 14 APPs providing comprehensive cardiology services, including general, interventional, electrophysiology, heart failure, imaging, and structural heart across Southern CO
  • Partner Track with No Buy-In : Typically offered after just two years (or even sooner), with more than 75% of physicians already partners. As a partner, share in ancillary revenues and have the option to invest in the group's management services organization
  • Generous Compensation & Bonus Structure : Earn an attractive base salary plus productivity bonuses and enjoy ample PTO, CME reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage
  • Growth and Autonomy : Help shape an evolving, independent practice model with new clinics, expanded imaging, and a forthcoming outpatient surgery center / cath lab, all supported by dedicated non-clinical leadership

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Comfortable practicing full-scope non-invasive cardiology
  • Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Colorado medical license
