Production Technician

We are seeking a Production Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated equipment and industrial machinery to support the fabrication and packaging of customized filtration products. This role is critical in achieving and exceeding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI) goals for the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining equipment in proper working order and supporting enforcement of safety protocols.
• Conduct daily machine assessments for each workstation.
• Provide coverage for operators as needed.
• Maintain clean room WIP reports daily.
• Execute prototypes for new parts.
• Train, cross-train, and re-train team members.
• Perform assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update PM plans to drive proactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machine operation issues and assist with extraordinary maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance team.
• Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement by suggesting and implementing process improvements that enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory performance.
• Maintain a Work Orders Log for completed maintenance actions.
• Track and complete monthly maintenance action items using Excel; lead monthly review meetings to discuss updates and assign new action items.
• Participate in monthly quality meetings and daily huddle meetings.

Qualifications :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM, with the possibility of at least 1 hour of overtime daily
