Synertex LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a Maintenance and Repair Worker (SME) role in support of a mission-critical program. This position is contingent upon contract award. The SME will provide expert-level knowledge across multiple maintenance and craft occupations to ensure facilities and equipment remain fully operational in secure environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced work involving multiple maintenance trades, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical repair.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems, equipment, and structures.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term reliability of assets.
• Provide expert advice on maintenance planning, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and security standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance capabilities and safety awareness.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on facility condition, repairs, and upgrades.
