LDRP RN – Night Shift (3x12, 19 : 00–07 : 00)\n\nFacility Type : Critical Access Hospital\nTotal Beds : 22\nLocation : [Insert City / State]\nCharting System : Epic (experience preferred)\nScrub Color : Any professional color\nParking : Free\n\nPosition Details : \n\nShift : Nights, 3x12s (19 : 00–07 : 00)\n\nHours : 36 or 48 (approved)\n\nFloat Requirement : Yes, may float between units\n\nOn-Call : Yes\n\nWeekends : Yes – rotation every 2nd or 3rd weekend\n\nBlock Scheduling : Not required\n\nRatios : 1 : 1 | 1 : 2 | 1 : 4 depending on patient acuity\n\nRequirements : \n\nMinimum 2 years’ experience (first-time travelers accepted)\n\nActive RN license\n\nNRP & Fetal Monitoring required\n\nBLS and ACLS preferred\n\nEpic experience preferred
