About the Role

At Accel Therapies, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapies that help children with autism and developmental needs thrive. We take pride in providing exceptional, evidence-based care within a positive, family-centered environment.

As a Market Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the operational leader for your entire market—overseeing the day-to-day operations across our center-based, school-based, and in-home therapy programs. You’ll ensure smooth execution of administrative and clinical operations, foster an engaging and supportive team culture, and help deliver outstanding experiences for clients and families.

You’ll work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Center Directors to align strategy, drive quality and efficiency, and support continued growth in your market. As your market grows, you will also oversee an Associate Operations Manager (AOM) who will help you manage scheduling, culture building, staff support, and environmental excellence across the region.
