Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Hello there,

I have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join a weekday occupational health team in Stratford, CT. This position runs from July 14, 2025, through March 1, 2026 , with a Monday through Friday schedule , 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM , and a 30-minute meal break.

The provider will see adults only , averaging 8 10 patients per shift , and will rotate between two nearby locations (approximately 16 miles apart), primarily on Wednesdays . Experience with EPIC is preferred.
