A company is looking for an Admission Counselor I to enroll students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct phone interviews with prospective students to evaluate their needs and provide information on programsEngage with students through various communication channels and assist them through the admission processCollaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service and uphold university policies and proceduresRequired QualificationsAssociates degree or some college coursework completed; equivalent experience may be acceptedAt least 1 year of relevant sales and / or customer service experienceFlexibility to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - ThursdayMust reside in an approved state for remote work
