LPN / RN- CHARGE NURSE

Charge Nurse

Duties :

• Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
• Coordinate and manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Assist with procedures such as dermal fillers, lifts, spinal taps, and ostomy care
• Ensure proper documentation of patient information in electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatments, and medications
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, including oversight of sterile processing procedures
