IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Dorman is seeking an IT Business Analyst(BA) to work with stakeholders to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver recommendations to stakeholders. IT Business Analysts engage with business leaders and users to understand how changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. The Business Analystwill articulate these ideas but also balance them against what's technologically feasible and functionally reasonable. This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite 2 to 3 days per week.

Primary Duties

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, driving the delivery of effective solutions.
• Facilitating agreement on scope and requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Analyzing, validating, and documenting detailed business requirements.
• Identifying the current and future-state business processes.
• Providing business voice in design sessions with the development team to define solutions.
• Establishing detailed test cases to support comprehensive QA and UAT testing.
• Ensuring solutions delivered meet business needs and requirements.
