Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Physician Assistant Injector to join our growing aesthetics division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, wellness-centered environment, has an established patient following, and is motivated to grow both clinically and financially.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional injection skill with an educator’s mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. They take ownership of their craft, build loyal patient relationships, and embrace Coastal MD’s mission of beauty through wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, and other regenerative procedures.

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic assessments and develop personalized, wellness-aligned treatment plans.

Administer advanced aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, chemical peels, and combination therapies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational and authentic social media content in alignment with Coastal MD’s brand standards.

Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation and adhere to all safety protocols.

Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive team environment, contributing to Coastal MD’s mission of patient-centered excellence.

Qualifications

Active New York State Physician Assistant License in good standing.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience preferred.

Deep understanding of facial anatomy, balance, and proportion with advanced injection techniques.

Proven record of building a loyal patient base and achieving strong financial results.

Confident, professional presence on social media with an educational and ethical approach to content.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with genuine compassion for patient care.
