Attend health fairs, community events, and networking meetings.
Manage Online Presence :
Oversee social media accounts and ensure the website is updated.
Respond to online reviews and inquiries.
Create Marketing Materials :
Design and distribute brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Coordinate digital campaigns or direct mail outreach.
Track Marketing Efforts :
Monitor referral sources and conversion rates.
Report on occupancy trends and marketing ROI.
Coordinate Admissions Process :
Manage inquiries from prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
Conduct facility tours and provide detailed information about services and care levels.
Pre-Admission Screening :
Review clinical documentation to ensure the facility can meet the resident’s needs.
Verify insurance coverage (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance).
Paperwork & Documentation :
Complete and process admission paperwork in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all admissions.
Interdepartmental Communication :
Collaborate with nursing, social services, dietary, and billing departments to prepare for new admissions.
Ensure a seamless transition and positive first impression for new residents.
Follow-Up :
Check in with new residents and their families post-admission.
