Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up carePrescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as neededProvide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment optionsCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of careMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standardsParticipate in community outreach and wellness programsAdditional Information
