We are currently seeking high-performing college students interested in a career in the financial sector to participate in the WSFS Bank 2026 Summer Internship Program. All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. What Our Internships Offer :

The Summer Internship Program starts early June to mid August. WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary Range : $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour. Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
