Plaintiff trial associate

We are working with a prominent Houston plaintiff firm to source two litigation associates who want to be real trial lawyers. They do very interesting work, are great people and outstanding lawyers. The founding partner was a partner at a prominent Houston international law firm before leaving to start his own shop. He is regarded statewide as a trial lawyer and is well-connected. Their practice includes railroad and maritime, wrongful termination, and whistleblower work. However, they are not limiting themselves to looking for people with experience in those areas. They just want two 2 to 7th year associates, who can come in and hit the ground running and want to do great litigation work. The compensation consists of a competitive base, but the real kicker is a big upside on bonuses. This is also a firm where you will receive great hands-on training from accomplished trial lawyers.
