Accountabilities :

• Perform installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively for electromechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems such as ATMs and self-checkout devices.
• Manage network faults, system configuration, security, and remote access issues.
• Conduct maintenance, repair, and system overhauls to ensure reliable operations.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, helpful, and engaging manner, delivering high-quality service.
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures during fieldwork.
