DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will play a crucial role in evaluating work plans to ensure that the program remains well-balanced and that all necessary resources-such as labor, materials, equipment, and funding-are readily available for the successful execution of these plans. You will also assist in making any necessary adjustments to the work plans as circumstances change. Additionally, your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data from the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems to ensure that program objectives are met and that overall system control is effectively maintained. You will monitor work data to ensure compliance with MAPI measures and provide recommendations for organizational improvements. Furthermore, you will assist in managing the materials aspect of the SAP Plant Maintenance and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Systems within the county organization, facilitating the purchase, receipt, storage, and distribution of bulk materials and garage storeroom items. This will ensure that resources are not only available but also utilized efficiently and effectively.
