Property & Casualty Systems Leader

A company is looking for a Property & Casualty Systems Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product implementation for AMS and integrated platforms, including request prioritization and refinement

Translate business requirements into user experiences and collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements

Partner with internal and external teams to support delivery, testing of system enhancements, and user onboarding

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Insurance, or related field preferred

3-5+ years of experience in insurance operations, technology, or systems enablement roles

Prior experience with an AMS platform required; exposure to CRM or quoting systems is a plus

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools

Prior experience in a brokerage, MGA, or insurance consulting environment preferred
