Boutique Coordinator
Position Overview : The Boutique Coordinator ensures that every aspect of boutique life runs seamlessly from client interactions to operational flow so that the artistry of fine and high jewelry can be experienced in its purest form. Serving as the liaison between client-facing and back-of-house teams, this role demands precision, grace, and an instinct for anticipating needs before they arise.
Base pay : $24.00 - $26.00 per hour plus monthly incentive

Job Responsibilities :
Client Experience :
- Welcome clients with discretion, warmth, and professionalism, setting the tone for a refined boutique experience
- Assist Sales Advisors during client appointments by preparing jewels, presentation trays, and refreshments
- Ensure presentation areas and visual displays are immaculate, replenished, and always aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate and support our internal clients for celebrity fittings, photo shoots, and internal transfers and consignments
Operational Coordination :
Oversee the daily rhythm of the boutique, ensuring appointments, deliveries, and service requests are coordinated without disruptionReceive, ship and maintain inventory cycle counts for operational efficiencyManage semestrial store inventoryManage client repairs, after sale processMaintain stockroom organization, ensuring pieces are prepared for appointments and safely returned post-viewingManage boutique supplies, packaging, and stationery, ensuring readiness for client interactions and gifting momentsOpen and close the boutiqueSupervise security schedules and cleaning crew dutiesAdministrative Excellence :
Prepare boutique reports, appointment schedules, and sales documentation with accuracy and discretionProcess client orders, repairs, and special requests in alignment with brand guidelinesSupport the Boutique Director with calendar coordination, event preparation, and follow-up communicationsEvent & High Jewelry Support :
Assist in planning and executing boutique events, private viewings, and high jewelry showcasesEnsure VIP appointments are managed with white-glove precision, including special presentation and security requirementsQualifications and Skills :
2 4 years' Experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or hospitality in a client-centric roleA refined presence and polished communication style, both written and verbalAbility to balance discretion with warmth in client interactionsProficiency with luxury retail systems, appointment management, and basic administrative toolsA genuine appreciation for high craftsmanship, heritage, and brand storytellingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM tools is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsA refined presence and polished communication style, both written and verbalDeep understanding of luxury client expectations and white-glove service standardsAbility to support boutique events and private appointmentsTrusted to handle sensitive client information and high-profile appointmentsAbility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidaysFluency in additional languages beyond English is a plusJoin Boucheron French Jewelry Company and be part of a legacy of excellence, creativity, and timeless elegance.
