Program Hypercare Lead

Location - Dublin OH

Pay Range : $50 - 60 per hour

Duration - 6 + months

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must  needed - Warehouse management expereince(At leats 7 years)
• Develop and lead the Hypercare strategy to ensure post-deployment stability and rapid issue resolution.
• Experience with enterprise programs such as Sherpa, Kodiak, PMOD2, CHLC, Vantus
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Develop and lead the Hypercare strategy to ensure post-deployment stability and rapid issue resolution
• Establish governance, escalation protocols, and cross-functional support coordination
• Extend Hypercare planning to adjacent programs to ensure integrated coverage
• Partner effectively across business, PMO, vendors, IT project and run teams, and program leadership
• Participate in a leadership capacity during hypercare execution
