A DC-based, mid-size engineering consulting firm is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract opportunity . If you're strong with invoicing, collections, and client account management, this role offers long-term stability in a collaborative and mission-driven setting.
Scope of Role :
- Generate project invoices and track billing cycles
- Monitor aging reports and assist with collections and payment status
- Work with PMs to ensure invoice accuracy and timely cash flow
- Prepare AR reports and support the accounting manager
