Recovery Monitoring Solutions is a leading provider of treatment and offender monitoring services, with corporate offices in Dallas, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY

The District Manager oversees operations across multiple locations within an assigned district. This role ensures consistent achievement of business goals, operational compliance, and superior customer service. The District Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support to the Regional Managers and field technicians, and drives performance and adherence to company policies and standards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Direct and manage daily operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve operational objectives.
• Monitor performance for each location and implement corrective action as needed.
• Develop relationships with MDOC staff to ensure a good relationship with MDOC and RMS.
• Address escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Assist staff in scheduling and conducting follow up appointments with agencies within the area and perform device maintenance as needed.

Monday - Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Local and statewide traveling is required, along with possible overnight stays.
