What You'll Be Doing

The Equity Product Support Associate is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and support of KBWs Equity desk in New York City. This is a multi-faceted role that will provide broad exposure to the entirety of the firms Equity business.

What We're Looking For

• Support the equity sales and trading desk in New York City.
• Assist with managing and troubleshooting the firms OMS (Fidessa), including FIX connectivity, trade reporting and other execution services.
• Assist with implementing and testing systemic controls necessary for compliance with 15c3-5 and other regulatory obligations.
• Analyze trade data, commission metrics and other statistics to draw analytical conclusions for presentation to management and other internal stakeholders.
• Conduct routine account-based analytics to supplement specific firm objectives.
• Assist with the firms overall Commission Management, invoicing and CSA processes.
• Mediate with compliance, accounting and operations to address intraday matters and larger projects as they arise.

Compensation Range

Salary : USD $65,000.00 / Yr. - USD $75,000.00 / Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidates qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifels overall compensation package for each individual employee.
