About The Position
- Seeking an experienced OB / GYN physician to provide 24-hour hospital call coverage.
- The role includes deliveries, C-sections, and general OB / GYN emergency coverage.
- Ongoing locums coverage is needed beginning late 2025, with future dates extending into December and beyond.
Job Responsibilities :
24-hour call coverage (7a–7a)Provide general OB / GYN services including deliveries and emergency managementAverage deliveries : ~15 per monthCollaborate with available support staff (RN, general surgery backup 24 / 7, limited urology backup 2 days / week)Manage patient population including adult, geriatric, and adolescent casesComplete required EMR training (modules and virtual training) before first shift1665427EXPTEMP
Job Requirements
Board Certified OB / GYN (or truly Board Eligible within 0–5 years of residency completion) – RequiredActive Colorado medical license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) – RequiredActive DEA – Required (must be kept for full assignment duration)Active BLS – RequiredClean malpractice and background – Highly Preferred (NPDB self-inquiry report prioritized)Must confirm availability for coverage dates through November 2025Benefits
