Position Summary : Provide therapeutic recreational activities for all residential patients. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of services to patients and their families.

Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Art Therapy, Leisure Studies or other related therapies.
• Hold CTRS (Preferred) or other approved discipline- specific credential or eligible to obtain within 2 years.
• Experience in experiential therapies and / or behavioral health setting preferred.

Essential Responsibilities :

Schedule : 8-hour shifts

Work Location : Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus 1601 N. University Drive Rockford, IL 61107

Compensation & Rewards

Base Pay : Bachelor's Level $24.44 / hour Master's level $27.77 / hour
