In need of Plaintiff oriented thinking individuals! We are a full service law firm based in Oakland County, Michigan, seeking an aggressive and experienced litigation attorney to join our team with excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in handling auto and truck injury cases, from the pre-suit to the trial stages and everything in between. The ideal candidate understands the importance of moving a case forward without delay or adjournments. The ideal candidate understands our clients have financial needs that cannot wait and be delayed by defense tactics

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of personal injury suits (from MVA to premises to dog bites), including but not limited to drafting pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Conduct all aspects of litigation, including the above and trial
• Conduct depositions and appear in court on behalf of clients
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance adjusters
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure excellent client service
