Bring calm, confidence, and compassionate care to residents when it matters most, the overnight hours. Our Senior Living Community in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated NOC Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and support our residents and care team throughout the night.
As the NOC RN, you will be the clinical anchor of the building overnight, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for, while guiding and supporting the night staff team.

Schedule
NOC / Night Shift (for example, 10 : 30 p.m. – 7 : 00 a.m.)Rotating weekends and holidays as assignedFull-time position with consistent, predictable hoursWhat You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive nursing care during the night, including assessments, monitoring, medication administration, and treatmentsPerform focused assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition, falls, pain, or urgent needsOversee and support night staff, offering clear direction, problem-solving, and hands-on assistance when neededEnsure residents are safe, comfortable, and dignified throughout the night—supporting sleep, comfort measures, and nighttime routinesCommunicate effectively with on-call providers and document all assessments, interventions, and follow-up accurately and timelyPrepare concise, informative handoff reports to the day shift to ensure smooth continuity of careUphold infection prevention, safety checks, and building rounds, promptly addressing any concernsProvide emotional support to residents who may be anxious, confused, or uncomfortable at nightWhat We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of WisconsinExperience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or similar setting preferredStrong assessment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills—especially in a quieter, more autonomous night environmentCalm, reassuring presence with excellent communication skillsReliable, professional, and comfortable serving as the clinical lead on the NOC shiftWhat We Offer
