Senior Project Manager - Electrical Products

The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to execute projects within critical hyperscale datacenter programs. This position is on-site with less than 20% travel required.
The Senior Project Managers as required on high complexity, large-scale projects. The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for commercial, technical, engineering, and scheduling aspects of intricate / highly technical electrical distribution equipment projects at the direction of the project manager. The Senior Project Manager will review quality documents and submit to project stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will assist with external facing coordination of equipment deliveries with site personnel including general contractors and electrical contractors. The Senior Project Manager will ensure efficient progression of orders from PO Submittal through on-site commissioning. The Senior Project Manager will promptly resolve post-shipment issues through prioritization and comprehensive communication strategies and manual line management. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with the entire order value chain to deliver exceptional customer experience. The Senior Project Manager will ensure all required project documentation is submitted according to required timelines and adheres to customer defined specifications. The Senior Project Manager will develop change order proposals as part of managing the overall project. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with team members to solve for complex technical design issues and challenges. The Senior Project Manager will display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex and / or cross-functional problems. The Senior Project Manager will comply with Siemens policies and procedures.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications : Basic Qualifications : BS in engineering, construction, building construction management, business administration or general business. 5 plus years of experience in project management or project administration including direct industry (General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Electrical Equipment). Experience with the application and concepts of Electrical Products. Proficiency within Microsoft Office 365. Proficiency with PDF editing tools. Must be eligible to work in the US without no sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications : BS in engineering or business degree. Working with construction market. Demonstrates problem solving skills to stakeholders on various Electrical products. Maintains excellent organizational skills to store critical company and customer files including E-mails, Purchase Agreements, Contract Drawings and Specifications, Bid Proposals, Project Schedules, Meeting Minutes, Submittal documents. Must be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver. Demonstrates and applies leadership skills. High level communication skills, both verbal and written. Working knowledge of project management processes. Demonstrate and applies strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
