Housekeeper

A Housekeeper on our Environmental Services team who excels in this role :

  • Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens, and sanitizing all surfaces.
  • Follows policies and procedures on patient isolation.
  • Stocks paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.
  • Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition, and stores in appropriate storage area when finishes with shift.
  • Will float to many areas of the hospital such as waiting rooms, common areas, Operating Rooms and patient rooms.

Schedule : This is a Full Time, Night shift position that is Benefit eligible. The work hours are 3pm 11 : 30pm with rotating weekends.

Bonus : A $1,000 Sign on bonus is available for this role and is paid out within 3 payments over a 12 month commitment period.

What we're looking for :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Licenses : If designated to drive for the facility, must have a clean, current NM driver's license and appropriate insurance as per the facility driver's agreement.
