Note : The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Inpatient acute care unit : 31-bed inpatient acute care unit offering comprehensive care for a variety of patient needs and acuity, including medical / surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care.

What can you expect?

The Nurse Residency program runs in tandem with your RN position here at Baystate Noble with the Medical-Surgical / Telemetry and IMC team. This inpatient acute care unit is the largest unit in the hospital and has the capability to care for a broad spectrum of patient acuity.

You will be hired as a Registered Nurse, offered a competitive nursing rate and after orientation, will assume responsibility for the patient's plan of care.

QUALIFICATIONS :

MA Registered Nurse License

American Heart Association BLS CPR (can be obtained after offer)
