The Executive Vice President of the Project Management Office (PMO) will serve as the senior leader responsible for shaping, executing, and advancing the organization’s project-management strategy across all business lines. This executive provides strategic oversight for project planning, execution, governance, and performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and in alignment with corporate financial and operational goals.
This leader will drive the integration of standardized processes, modern tools, and actionable performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. The EVP also champions operational excellence, fosters a culture of accountability, and leads the development of high-performing project-management teams. As a key member of the executive leadership group, this individual influences company-wide strategy, supports business development efforts, and represents the organization at major industry events.
