Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Perform all Primavera project schedule and cost-related updates throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects.

Interface with engineering, construction, planning, project management, and other transmission partners to verify updated Primavera schedule, resource, and cost information.

Conduct and lead project schedule baseline review meetings with team members.

Analyze project progress and provide recommendations on forecasted costs.

Maintain estimated costs in Primavera.

Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with PCG standards.

Assist in developing metrics and measures for the TE&PS project portfolio.

Participate in the development of project control standards and guidelines.

Ensure planning, engineering, construction, and project management teams follow PLMP processes.

Education and Experience Requirements

Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (ABET accredited) in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business.

4+ years of experience in scheduling or project controls in construction.

4+ years of experience using Primavera P6.

This is a Permanent position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 / hr.
