Job Description :
- Provide technical leadership on client projects including platform migrations, new implementations, and support engagements.
- Gather and refine requirements / user stories to translate business objectives into technical tasks
- Respond to technical questions in RFPs and help sales and account teams deliver successful proposals
- Engage with clients to gather and document requirements for data model and marketing campaigns
- Consult with Front End Developer on implementation of email templates and AMPScript development
- Collaborate with architects from other workstreams on code architecture, reviews, and CI / CD workflows
- Give direction to developers on operational decisions
- Provide technical leadership for delivering projects within constraints, goals, budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and other architects to develop roadmaps for marketing automation & technology implementations
