We’re looking for a mindful and reliable hands- CNC Preventive Maintenance (PM) Mechanic to join our team supporting our CNC operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our CNC machines operating at peak performance through routine inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance. For the right candidate, this can develop into a career and not just a job.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Clean machines, change coolant, replace / adjust belts and filters
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Diagnose issues and replace worn or damaged parts
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
• Monitor coolant sumps and ensure machine efficiency
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
