We’re looking for a mindful and reliable hands- CNC Preventive Maintenance (PM) Mechanic to join our team supporting our CNC operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our CNC machines operating at peak performance through routine inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance. For the right candidate, this can develop into a career and not just a job.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
- Clean machines, change coolant, replace / adjust belts and filters
- Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Diagnose issues and replace worn or damaged parts
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
- Monitor coolant sumps and ensure machine efficiency
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, mechanical repair, or industrial equipment servicingFamiliarity with Fanuc, Haas, or Mitsubishi controlsAbility to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of OSHA, NEC, and HAZWOPER complianceEffective communication and teamwork skillsBasic math and algebra skills for measurements and calculationsAbility to work at heights up to 30 feet and lift up to 30 lbs. unassistedPreferred Certifications
RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act)HAZWOPEROSHA 10 / 30Work Environment
