Daily on-time delivery of bulk and bag feed products from our location to members / customers in the local area Bulk routes are either in a Class A or Class B CDL company truck Bagged routes are in a Class B CDL company truck with available tools to assist with loading / unloading (examples : warehouse forklift, piggyback forklift, etc.) Perform required pre-trip daily vehicle inspections and maintenance Maintain and care for delivery trucks ensuring regular preventative maintenance Assist at the warehouse with loading (forklift & at times may include stacking by hand) the feed products onto the trucks Unload feed products for the member / customer at the designated delivery location, including to be mindful of weather conditions as this may change the designated delivery location to ensure the feed products are in a safe and secure location Complete required reports and paperwork Keep cab and cargo doors locked when not in use Never use cell phones or other handheld devices while driving Drive defensively, slowly, and safely at all times Assist with feed mill operations Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows Make sure trailer compartments are clean prior to new product - may require climbing on top of truck to verify they are empty. Fall protection must be worn Other duties as assigned High School diploma or GED is required Class A or B CDL is required Previous Class A or B delivery experience preferred Clean driving record is required Maintain a professional appearance of self and for the cooperative Some computer and technology skills Good written and verbal and communication Excellent customer service Self-directed and focuses on taking action Ability to identify objectives and recommend the best solutions Accept responsibility while maintaining integrity Remain persistence and recover quickly from setbacks Strong organization and time management Positive attitude and approach to problem solving Show up on time and limited unexcused absences Operate trucks in a safe manner, obeying all traffic laws, and using defensive driving techniques Must be able to sit and drive for long periods of time, enter and exit truck multiple times Work in outdoor conditions Drive safely in varying weather conditions Able to lift up to 60lbs Safety first mindset ALCIVIA Locations : https : / / www.alcivia.com / connect / locations /

Work Location : E6253 628th Ave, Menomonie, WI 54751.
Core Weekly Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible start time between 7 : 00am to 8 : 00am).
Benefits : Full-time benefit eligibility begins the 1st of the month following date of hire.

Feed Delivery CDL Driver, Class A CDL or Class B CDL - Essential Responsibilities :
ALCIVIA is looking for a Feed Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver bulk or bagged feed products to members while maintaining high quality and service. The main responsibilities for this position involve on-farm local delivery routes, service, truck maintenance, reporting, and operations. All local deliveries are in either Class A or Class B CDL company truck.
