Specific PM tasks include Overall management of team
responsibilities to achieve the standards of this PWS. This
includes recruitment, retention, and replacement of personnel to
fill all labor categories, as well as overall management of the PMT
Program. Responsible for all course planning, TAFT operations, and
providing all required evaluations per the PWS. The PM is
responsible for the overall operation of the TAFT. The PM shall,
minimally, be available between the hours of 07 : 30 to 16 : 30 EST,
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the US
facility is closed for administrative reasons. Requirements The
Program Manager is preferred to have at least a bachelors degree
no particular major subject required) and two (2) years of
experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for
projects of a similar size and scope. The minimum requirement if
the personnel do not have a bachelor's degree is then six (6) years
of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for
projects of a similar size and scope. Experience working directly
with foreign military personnel and US Embassy staff. - Can
coordinate, recruit, and sustain faculty, staff, and logistical
support in KSA. Maintain a current and active Secret clearance
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and / or move moderate
amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary
depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is
