Qualifications

Current

LPN / LVN

licensure

as

required

by

state

regulations.

CPR

certification.

One

year

of

experience

in

an

inpatient

medical-surgical

or

general

hospital

etting

is

preferred.

Rehabilitation

experience

is

preferred.
