A company is looking for an AWC Customer Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Service assigned customer accounts, maintain customer files, and process orders
Initiate and conduct follow-up calls with patients to manage supply needs
Review and ensure accuracy of patient paperwork and monitor supply usage
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous work experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy preferred
Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
Knowledge of Medicare DME Guidelines is a plus
