Warehouse Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our facility. In this role, you'll oversee operations including budgeting, labor planning, equipment and space utilization, safety, and customer service excellence. You'll play a key role in ensuring that people, processes, and technology work together seamlessly to deliver outstanding results for our customers. Available Shift : Sunday- 8am till done, Monday- Thursday, 12pm till done, strong need to be flexible

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and clear direction to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operationsstreamlining processes for receiving, shipping, inventory management, and product handling.
• Collaborate closely with sales, inventory control, and operations support teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
• Forecast and plan labor needs in alignment with sales projections and business goals.
• Achieve and exceed company performance targets (KPIs) for cost, productivity, customer service, and team engagement.
• Champion a culture of safety by ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
• Use operational data and reports to identify trends, solve problems, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with key departmentsincluding Finance, HR, Sales, and Continuous Improvementto drive success across the business.

What We're Looking For

Pay Range : $68,500.00 - $123,300.00
