At Roseville Care Center , we believe communication is key to connection - and we're looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist (SLP) to help our residents find their voice and maximize their independence. If you're passionate about supporting patients on their journey to recovery, we'd love for you to join our collaborative and supportive team.

What You'll Do :

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy based on physician-directed plans of care.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in patient care, ensuring quality services.
• Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehabilitation team meetings.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports per state and payer requirements.
• Provide caregiver and family training to support patient success after discharge.
• Assist with discharge planning and recommend communication or swallowing aids as needed.
• Act as a clinical preceptor for CFY / RFP SLPs and student programs.
• Contribute to ongoing staff education and maintain compliance with state practice standards.
