We're seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to the strategic direction of our practice. What You'll Do :

• Lead sophisticated tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to multi-generational families and their family offices
• Review complex returns and provide strategic oversight on client engagements
• Collaborate with attorneys, investment advisors, and fiduciaries on integrated planning
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals
• Contribute to firm leadership, business development, and practice innovation
