Key Responsibilities :

• Training and Standards : Conduct continuous training for all host staff, focusing on in-person greetings, phone etiquette, and effective floor management to uphold MAGO’s high service standards.
• Guest Reception : Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly first impression that captures the essence of MAGO.
• Table Management : Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while ensuring a comfortable dining experience for all guests.
• Guest Interaction : Engage with guests, addressing inquiries about the menu and restaurant, resolving concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Brand Representation : Maintain a professional appearance that reflects MAGO’s image, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
• Collaboration : Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Crisis Management : Handle guest complaints with professionalism, actively seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cleanliness and Organization : Ensure the host area is always clean and organized, ready to welcome incoming guests.
