Job Summary : As SVP of Growth, Technology Services, you will serve as a key member of the technology services leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO of Technology Services. Your mission will be to define, evolve, and execute a technology-led go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth across strategic clients. This is a front-line revenue role — ideal for a visionary who combines deep technical knowledge with commercial savvy and consultative influence. You’ll partner closely with Practice Leaders across Cloud, Data & AI, Cyber & InfoSec, and Applications & Integration to build and continuously improve our solution offerings. You will be responsible for enabling business development, in partnership with industry sales teams, supporting enterprise pursuit cycles, developing CxO relationships, and increasing our win rate on medium to large-scale technology services engagements. This role demands thought leadership, client presence, solution innovation, and a proven track record of growing multi-million-dollar services businesses in the technology consulting industry.   • rsuits. Client Executive Engagement : Act as a trusted technology advisor to CxOs of key accounts; represent Toptal in thought leadership forums, webinars, and executive briefings.
  • efings. Solution Innovation : Champion the continuous refinement of our solution portfolio in collaboration with practice leads; ensure offerings stay ahead of market trends in AI, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise integration.
  • ration. Deal Shaping & Architecture Oversight : Oversee early solution design and proposal development to ensure technical and commercial win themes align with client needs and Toptal’s delivery capabilities.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
