Staff Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team in Pasadena, California. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to contribute to a company's financial success while advancing their career. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in creating financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
• Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits to support compliance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure financial records and reports adhere to regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance accounting procedures and operational efficiency.
