Lockheed Martin is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team spanning a multi-segment program.

• Team with the Chief Systems Engineer, Chief Engineer, CAM and Segment leads to manage program priorities and tasking
• Provide guidance on implementation of the Systems Engineering lifecycle processes and reviews, from requirements development through system integration and operations
• Run the Systems Engineering working groups and technical forums with the customers
• Manage Systems and Project Engineering resources for the program
• Provide oversight and support to critical program engineering skill development
• Perform staffing and performance responsibilities in coordination with HR and established processes
• Establish, manage, and communicate team expectations, goals, roles, responsibilities, and objectives
• Support technical planning, system integration, validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
