Job Description – Low Voltage Audio-Video Production Manager
Under the general direction of the Owner, interacts with customers and technicians on a daily basis in order to drive sales as well as participate in activities leading to increased business for Intuitive AV. Work to maintain an effective system of communication between consumer, salesman and technicians.

Working Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm with a 1 hour lunch unless specific job requirements require a different time frame.Bi-Weekly Company Meeting 7 : 30 am First and 3rd Tuesday of each MonthCompensation

Ideal candidates would be someone that is "willing to take the bull by the horns" and have good comprehension of scheduling and Project Management / Leadership skills. Dtools experience would be preferred but not required. Organizing and attention to detail is a must.
Primary Responsibilities
Managing the company production schedule for both external clients and internal technician teams.Creating and posting tasks for technicians for each project within Dtools softwareOversee and confirm product staging for assigned projects.Time management and job tracking for field techniciansProject Management / Leader involvement of assigned smaller projects.Help to direct workflow and communication of technician's needs, wants, issues or concerns between technicians and appropriate Intuitive AV staff.Demonstrates initiative in providing technician service and resolving problems.Demonstrates attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy of work.Responsible for completing paperwork and internal forms related to specific tasks.Overseeing that the technicians submit notes, hours, and pictures of all installations for internal support for system installations phase of work. And reporting these results on internal company software.Participate in training meetings for new products and updates.Demonstrates an excellent attitude of teamwork and cooperation, and uses good communication skills in interfacing with peers, staff and in resolving conflicts.Displays a professional appearance and practices good personal hygiene.Contributes to our positive company identity within the community at large.Abides by all company rules and policies at all times when representing the company by wearing uniform and / or driving company vehicles even after normal company hours.The Production Manager is also responsible for keeping the Office Manager informed of late arrivals or call ins. Production Manager will keep a written record of all verbal warnings given and will email the prepared company form to the Office Manager for each verbal warning.Required Skills :Effective communication with both clients and colleaguesGeneral working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction environmentsDemonstrates ability to work well alone or in a group, overall enthusiasm / passion and drive to excel in our industryEffective written and oral communicationStrong planning and organizational skillsSelf-motivation, basic computer and internet skillsMust have a good driving record and valid GA driver's licenseEducation Experience & Other : High School diploma or equivalent requiredSeniority level
